Shipping
We ship physical merchandise to addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping is $7 per order and free when the merchandise subtotal is $75 or more. Brewery staff normally prepare new orders once each open day. Tracking is emailed after a shipping label is created.
We do not offer v1 merchandise shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations. Shopify Checkout confirms whether an address is eligible.
Online merchandise orders are shipping-only. Merchandise may also be purchased separately in person at the taproom while supplies last.
Returns
Unworn, unused merchandise with its original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
Customers pay ordinary return postage. South of Shaw covers reasonable return or replacement costs when an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Local customers may bring eligible returns to the taproom.
Size changes
To change sizes, return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size. This keeps availability and payment records accurate; we do not reserve exchange inventory.
Cancellations and support
Contact us promptly if an order needs to be corrected or canceled. Once an order has shipped, the return policy applies. Questions can be sent to info@southofshawbeer.com.
